Pediatrics

We care for children with a family-centered approach.  Your child's health is best maintained through regular check-ups.  We care for well children and children with chronic diseases or acute illnesses.  During a Well-Child visit, we evaluate growth and development and screen for illness.  We also discuss nutrition, healthy habits and accident prevention. We may discuss the child's social setting and behavior.  We make recommendations for appropriate immunizations and screening tests. Well-child visits are usually scheduled at the age of three days, two weeks and at 2, 4, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, and 24 months. Beyond the age of two, we schedule yearly physicals. School, Sports and Camp Physicals can be part of a Well Child Visit.

If you are looking for a doctor or primary care nurse practitioner for your newborn, please be in touch with us prior to delivery.  After delivery, while still in the hospital, the hospital will notify your baby's clinician of the birth and he/she will take care of your baby while you are there.
