Fitness and Nutrition Programs

Our office is committed to the overall health of our patients, and that commitment extends beyond the four walls of the exam room.  We have designed programs that are free* to our established patients, that are intended to jumpstart a lifestyle change.  Examples of these programs are:  Walking groups, Yoga classes, and a 12 Week Nutrition class.

*We have found that patients are more successful if there is financial component, so patients are asked to contribute a set amount for each program, which is then returned upon meeting defined attendance criteria.  We do not ever want this to be a financial burden however and are always willing to work with patients to determine what will work for their specific needs.
